Cut video sections in your browser
Remove multiple unwanted sections from a recording and join the remaining parts for free. Choose your cuts manually, review them and export the edited video or audio entirely in your browser.
How to use cut video sections
- Choose a recording and preview it on the timeline.
- Enter the start and end of each section to remove. Add up to 100 non-overlapping cuts and uncheck any you want to keep.
- Export the approved cuts as one MP4 video or WAV audio recording.
Before you start
Keep at least part of the recording. Imported captions are retimed around removed sections. Cuts are manual; AI cut suggestions remain in Pro. Exports re-encode the recording and may change its quality and size. Browser memory limits apply.
One recording up to 512 MB and 2 hours on desktop, or 192 MB and 1 hour on mobile. Short recordings work best; browser memory may impose lower limits. Editing prepares automatically after selection. Files and captions stay on your device; no account or payment is required. Read the privacy policy.
