How to use remove silence

1. Choose a file using the file picker or drop zone.
2. Review silence threshold (dbfs), minimum quiet section (seconds) and adjust the available settings.
3. Create the result, review its preview and download it before leaving the tool.

Before you start

Audio is decoded and processed locally, up to 10 minutes per file and 150 MB in total. Browser codec and memory limits apply. Audio exports use PCM WAV unless the tool states otherwise. Quiet sections are identified in 10 ms windows. Low thresholds can remove soft speech; review the output.

Selected files are limited to 150 MB total (100 MB for video). Results stay in this tab; download before leaving. Read the privacy policy.
